from Scotland during the French and Indian War period and settled on a
grant of land on the east side of Lake George. Born and raised on Lockhart
Mountain in Lake George, your guide, Ed Lockhart, is a third generation
New York State Licensed guide. A graduate of Paul Smiths College in
Forestry and Land Surveying, Lockhart is also an Emergency Medical
Technician with an extensive background in all aspects of guiding.
